[1] => EasyJet and Dominos both work from a consumer IP. They are blocked when loading from a datacentre.
[2] => Red Lobster works, but may be using a token/captcha system to test loads between pages.
[3] => Dunkin Donuts loads, but it builds its page dynamically so is more difficult to clone.
[4] => KFC does not load from a Data Centre.
[5] => Tesco seems to be the strictest I've tested so far. They use edgesuite.net by Akamai. (Which I think Dominos use too)
[6] => Waterstones loads from a consumer IP, but from a DataCentre it loads a robot captcha challenge - inquired.
